Recently received a new router with new username & password. When i go into my c02 monitor to change the settings with the configuration tool, i cannot change the details. Looks as though it might have updated when I click set wifi, but when plugged back into PC the old details are still in the memory.

Have enabled debug mode, where do i find the files?
Have updated the firmware, but the old wifi username and password are still coming up when i load vthings. Have uninstalled vthings and cleared all cache/history data and reinstalled. But problem still exists.

it loads them from the device itself, you can do a factory reset - again from the Settings
and about the logs - i mean the output in the "vAir Output" text area in the vThings Config Utility.

i just pushed the new firmware to all devices, you should get it at the next restart of the device.
the old firmware is no longer recognizing all the commands from the tool, and therefore you get the errors above
(i am not sure if it is related to the Wifi, but it may be), at least now the debug will work
the new fw is 20161217

How can the device get the update if it won't connect to the wifi?
Have tried restarting but nothing happens.
